Spoon Rolls

2 c lukewarm water
1 pkg. yeast
1/3 c oil
4 tablespoons sugar
1 egg
4 cups self-rising flour

Mix by hand in order. Batter should be like pancake batter.
Slightly lumpy. Pour into greased muffin pans and bake about 20
minutes at 375 degrees til brown. Or, store batter in refrigerator.
Helps to make 2 hours before baking. If stored in fridge, stir
batter daily.
