Pour off fat and out back on fire. Add milk, heat gently until nearly boiling. Mix corn starch with water, when milk/sausage is hot, blend in. Mix well. Everyone loves it and, trust me, the only sausage that does it justice is Jimmy Dean. By the way, I never thought about actually calling it a recipe. I'm just a *bit o' this and some o' that* cook.
