Breakfast Casserole

1 lb hot bulk sausage
1 medium onion, diced
1 medium green bell pepper, diced
2-3 potatos, peeled and diced
2 tblsp garlic, chopped
1 can (8 oz) chopped green chiles
10 slices French bread
butter
seasoned salt
pepper
7 eggs
3 cups milk
4 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or a mix of cheddar and jack)

Brown the sausage, onion, potatos, bell pepper, garlic in a pan.
When the meat and potatos are cooked, add the can of chiles. Mix
it all up. Add the seasoned salt and pepper to taste.

Spray a pan with Pam.

Butter 5 slices of bread and lay butter-side-up in a pan. Layer
all of the meat/potato mixture over the bread, layer half the
cheese over the meat. Cover with another layer of buttered bread.
Top with the rest of the cheese. Mix the eggs and milk together
and pour over the the top of everything. Cover and refrigerate
overnight.

Pre-heat oven to 350. Uncover and bake at 350 for 1 hr to1hr 15
minutes. Stick a knife in the middle. If it comes out clean, its
done. Serve with salsa or ketchup.
