Basic Cheese Puff Breakfast

5 slices bread, cubed
1/2 lb sharp cheese, grated
2 cups milk
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

1 lb fried sausage, drained and crumbled or 2 cups ham, cubed

1 mushrooms
1 chilies
1 Worcestershire sauce

Mix bread cubed and cheese and place in a buttered, 9x9-inch baking
dish. Mix the remaining ingredients, including meat and any extras,
and pour over the bread and cheese. Cover and let sit in the
refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1
hour, or until set and golden brown on top. Serves 6-8.
