Brunch Sausage Bread 1 roll Spicy Jimmy Dean Sausage 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls Preheat oven to 350.
In medium size skillet, brown sausage. Drain fat and add in cream cheese. Stir until completely blended.
On a greased cookie sheet, spread out 1 can of crescent rolls, pinching together to make "crust". Spoon sausage mixture over crescent rolls just to 3/4 of an inch away from the edge. Unroll the other package of crescent rolls. Make a crust for the top and pinch the bottom and top halves together to form a pouch. Cook 10-12 minutes or according to the directions on the crescent rolls. Serve warm.
If you don't like spicy things, you can use regular sausage instead.

There's never any left after potlucks!, September 12, 2004 - 02:09 PM
Reviewer: Anonymous from Tennessee
This is my favorite potluck recipe! I got it from a former co-worker, who got it from her mother. Her mother said she got it from a Jimmy Dean sausage wrapper, but it's not on their webpage.
When you take it to potlucks, you'll be a little upset that there isn't any to take home!!!
