Saugage Milk Gravy

Jimmy Dean hot saugage
all purpose flour
milk
black pepper

Over low heat, cook 1 pound saugage until fully cooked but not
browned. Sprinkle 1/2 cup flour over saugage.

Stir flour into sausage and cook for several minutes over low heat.
Add desired amount of milk, stir briskly til gravy thickens Add
pepper to taste.
