Scrambled Eggs with Calendula Petals

8 eggs
6 tablespoons milk
pinch nutmeg
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons butter
petals only from five calendula flowers, rinsed and chopped
4 slices english muffins, buttered
grated cheese

Beat the eggs with the milk and seasonings. Melt butter in a
skillet and scramble the eggs. Stir in the chopped petals. Mound
eggs on top of buttered muffin halves and sprinkle with grated
cheese. Serve immediately.
