Bananas Foster
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 firm bananas, cut into 1/4 inch slices
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup banana liqueur
vanilla ice cream
Heat butter in skillet until melted. Add brown sugar and heat again
until mixed well and hot. Add remainder of ingredients except ice
cream into pan. Heat and serve over ice cream as a topping.
