Ham & Sausage Jambalaya

1 1/2 lb hot sausage
3 T olive oil
1 lb ham
4 chopped onions
2 bell peppers
1 large can tomatoes
6 C chicken stock
4 cloves garlic
4 bay leave
1/4 allspice
1/4 t clove
1/2 t thyme
4 C uncooked rice
1 bunch green onions
seasoning salt

Cut ham and sausage into small pieces and fry. Add onions, peppers
and tomatoes. Cook 5 minutes. Add herbs, garlic and stock, cook 20
minutes, add seasoned salt and rice, cook until rice is almost
done--then add green onions, finish cooking. Let stand 10 minutes
before serving.
