Shrimp Creole

1 large onion, chopped
1 small bell pepper, chopped
4 ribs celery, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 T. oil

2 T. flour
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/8 t. cayenne

1 can stewed tomatoes
1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
1 t. tabasco sauce
1 T. Worchestershire sauce

1 1/2 lbs. cleaned raw shrimp, peeled

Hot cooked rice

Saute vegetables in hot oil. Blend in dry ingredients. Add tomatoes
and sauces. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Add shrimp. Bring to
a boil again and cover. Simmer 5 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
Serves 6 to 8.
