Chocolate Mayonnaise 05

Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake
3/4 cup cocoa
3 tsp vanilla
3/4 tsp salt
1-1/2 cup sugar
1-1/2 cup salad dressing or mayo
3 tsp baking soda
1-1/2 cup hot water
3 cups sifted flour
Mix first 5 ingredients. Then in separate large container add the
baking soda into hot water. Water will rise and fizz so be sure
container is large. Slowly fold the soda water to the cake mixture
and mix well. Add flour little at a time. Stir in as you add
until mixed well. Do not beat. Bake at 350 degrees F in greased
and floured 11x15 or 9x13 cake pan. About 30-35 minutes. Cool.
