Chocolate Upside Down Cake

1 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons baking powder

2 Tablespoons butter or oleo

2 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup nutmeats, optional

1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tablespoons cocoa
1 cup boiling water

Sift together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Cream in butter
or oleo. Add cocoa, milk, vanilla and nuts. Pour cake into
ungreased small square baking pan.

Combine sugars and cocoa, than pour boiling water over. Blend well
until smooth.

Slowly pour hot syrupy mixture over the raw cake mixture in the
pan.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
