Coca Cola Cake
2 cups granulated white sugar
4 Tbsp.cocoa
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter (softened)
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup buttermilk
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup Coke
Cream sugar and butter, add oil, eggs and buttermilk a little at
a time. Mix in well - cocoa, flour, soda and salt. Fold in marshmallows
and coke. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes for 2 - layers.
