Chocolate Crazy Cake
1/3 c. oil
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
3/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. almond or vanilla flavouring
6 oz pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. sliced almonds
Melt together in oven for 4 minutes. Preheat oven to 350F. In
9x9 pan put oil, and chocolate. Add water, sugar, egg, flour,
salt, baking powder and vanilla.
Stir 2 minutes with fork. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and almonds
over. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
