WACKY COCOA CAKE
3 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tsp salt
2 cup sugar
2 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp vinegar
Combine flour, cocoa, salt, sugar and soda in a large mixing bowl.
Add water, oil, vanilla, and vinegar. Beat 3 minutes at medium
speed until thoroughly blended. (I did the mixing by hand). Pour
batter into a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350
degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. check for doneness with toothpick.
Let cool just a little bit and enjoy.It is great both warm and
cold.
