Self-filled Cupcakes
Makes 30 cupcakes
1 package chocolate cake mix
8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
dash salt
1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350. Mix cake mix by box directions. Fill muffin
cups 2/3 full. Beat cream cheese with sugar. Beat in egg and salt.
Stir in chocolate chips. Drop 1 teaspoon cheese mixture into each
cupcake center. Bake until done.
