	Dirt Cake

		1/2 stick softened margarine 1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese softened 1 cup powder sugar 3 1/2 c. milk 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 1 12 oz. cool whip (thawed) 1 20 oz. pkg. Oreo cookies (crushed) 1 plastic flower pot 1 plastic flower gummy worms Cream margarine, sugar, and cream cheese. In another bowl mix milk and pudding. Let sit until thick. Stir cool whip, mix with cream cheese mixture. Make sure pot holes are plugged. Put 1/3 of cookie crumbs in bottom of pot. Add 1/2 of cream cheese mixture. Repeat cookie crumbs and cream cheese mixture. Add extra crumbs on top (to look like dirt). Refrigerate over night. Add flowers and worms on top, use trowel to serve.

I have been making this Dirt Cake at Easter time for 5 years. Everytime I make it some one else is amazed. It is so festive and kids/adults LOVE it! I have to give this recipe out every year to someone because of it's looks and taste.

My mom taught me this recipe to make for my son on his 4th birthday. Every year since then I have made it for him. He is 18 now and still looks forward to his DirtCake. It has kinda turned into a family birthday tradition.
