Fudge Cake

12 oz. semisweet chocolate
5 T strong coffee
1 C butter-room temp
2 C sugar
1 C flour
6 eggs separated
1 T vanilla

Grease and flour 1 9" springform pan. Melt chocolate and coffee
in double boiler and let return to room temperature. Beat egg
whites until stiff but not dry, set aside. Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg yolks one at a time to creamed mixture and beat well. Add
vanilla. Add flour and combine. Fold chocolate mixture into egg
whites. Fold chocolate-egg white mixture into butter/egg/flour
mixture. Pour into pan and smooth top. Bake at 350 for 60-70
minutes. Top will crack but middle will still be moist.
