GRASSHOPPER CAKE
1 white cake mix
1 (12 oz.) can chocolate fudge
3 or 4 Tbsp. creme de menthe
8 oz. Cool Whip
2 or 3 Tbsp. creme de menthe
Mix cake according to directions on box and add 3 or 4 tablespoons
creme de menthe to the cake batter. Bake according to directions
on box. Cool. Soften the Hershey's chocolate fudge in the microwave
or set can in hot water. Spread on cake. Mix 8 ounces Cool Whip
and 2 or 3 tablespoons creme de menthe (added according to taste).
Spread on cake and refrigerate.
