HEAVENLY HASH CAKE
4 eggs
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 stick oleo
1 1/2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2 cup pecans chopped
2 tsp. vanilla
Mix all ingredients well. Bake in a greased and floured square
pan for 40 to 45 minutes. As soon as the cake comes out of the
oven, cover with minature marshmallows, then cover with the following
frosting.
HEAVENLY HASH CAKE FROSTING
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 box powdered sugar
4 Tbsp. butter
7 or 8 Tbsp. cream or milk
Mix all together in saucepan until butter has melted. Spread
immediately on cake right from the oven.
