Hershey Cake

1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup water
4 Tbsp cocoa
2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup unsalted butter
6 Tbsp milk
4 Tbsp cocoa
1 pound box confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup chopped nuts

Bring 1 cup butter, water and 4 Tbsp cocoa to a boil, mixing well.
Pour into a large bowl then add granulated sugar, flour, baking
soda, beaten eggs and sour cream. Mix well and pour into a greased
15 1/2"x10 1/2" baking pan. Bake 375F for 20-25 minutes. I use a
cookie sheet with sides.

Topping: While cake is still hot, boil 1/2 cup butter, milk and 4
Tbsp cocoa. Add confectioners sugar, vanilla extract and nuts.
Beat well then pour over warm cake.
