Oreo Cookie Cake
1 box yellow or white cake mix
2 tubes oreo chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
1 can chocolate frosting
chopped nuts, if desired
more oreo cookies, if desired
Prepare white or yellow cake mix as directed. Fold in crushed
cookies from one cello tube and stir into batter. Divide batter
into 2 9-inch cake pans and bake and cool as directed. Frost cake
and sprinkle some crushed cookies between cake layers on frosting.
When cake is put together and fully frosted, gently sprinkle or
press onto frosting more crushed cookies and nuts.
