Peanut Butter 01

Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup water
2 sticks of butter
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
dash salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
Grease and flour a 9"X13" pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bring,
peanut butter, water and butter to a boil. Set aside. Combine next
set of dry ingredients then add to boiled mixture. Finally add
eggs, buttermilk and vanilla. Bake at 350 degress for 40 minutes.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Frosting
1 stick butter, softened
8 oz cream cheese, softened
3 tbl cocoa
1/3 cup peanut butter
3 to 4 cups powdered sugar
Beat butter and cream cheese till smooth. Add remaining ingredients
and beat till smooth.
