Quick Red Velvet Cake
1 box white cake mix
1 2-oz bottle Red food coloring
3 Tbsp cocoa
Mix according to directions on cake mix box, adding food coloring
and cocoa. Bake according to directions on box.
Frosting
8-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter
1 1-lb box confectioners sugar
2 tsps vanilla flavoring
Nuts to taste
Mix well. Spread on cooled layers.
