Chocolate Sauerkraut Cake
2 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup shortening
2 Tbsp chocolate syrup
1 1/4 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup water
1/2 cup sauerkraut, drained
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients with shortening.
Add syrup, vanilla, eggs, water and sauerkraut. Beat on medium
speed with mixer until smooth. Pour into 13x9 inch pan. Bake for
35 minutes.
