LUMBERJACK SHEET CAKE
1 cup water
1/2 cup margarine
2 cup flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup buttermilk
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup margarine
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Bring margarine, oil and cocoa to a boil. Pour into dry ingredients,
mix. Add remainder of ingredients (through eggs). Mix until moistened.
Bake in 350 degrees oven for 20 minutes.
Mix icing ingredients together and ice cake while hot.
