Boiled Icing Review, March 27, 2005 - 10:15 AM
Reviewer: Carla - only1carla@aol.com from Roanoke, VA USA
I originally tasted this on Red Velvet Cake and it was delicious. I decided to try it myself on a chocolate cake (one of those recipes where you use strong coffee in the mix), and it was divine. The consistency of the frosting can be affected by the weather (sometimes extremely smooth and others times a little bit bumpy if humid), but the taste is always good
