Buttercream Icing
1 stick butter, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon milk
1 pound powdered sugar
Beat butter until fluffy, beat in vanilla and milk. Add powder
sugar gradually, one cup at a time.
Variation: Can be made into chocolate icing by adding 3/4 cup cocoa
powder and 1 extra tablespoon milk.
