Chocolate Frosting 2 oz unsweetened chocolate, broken up 1/4 cup butter or margarine 3 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1/2 to 2/3 cup milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp. salt
Melt chocolate and butter, stir. Cool to room temperature. Beat remaining ingredients into choc mixture just until spreading consistency.
