Reviewer: Anne from Athens, GA Very quick and easy recipe! The result is a light and sweet icing that is wonderful for fruity summer cakes. I used vanilla pudding which gave it a slightly yellowish white color. Might go a little easy on the pudding or add more cool whip for a whiter appearance next time. Was this review helpful to you?
