Cream Cheese Frosting for Carrot Cake
6 ozs. cream cheese, softened
3 cups confectioners sugar
6 Tbsp butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla
Combine ingredients in mixer bowl til well combined. Frost cake.
This is enough for a 13 X 9 X 2 baking pan. Store in refrigerator.
