CREAMY WHITE FROSTING
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. white granulated sugar
1 egg white, beaten foamy
2/3 c. lukewarm milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Beat till creamed butter, shortening and sugar. Add egg white and
beat well. Add milk and vanilla slowly and beat well (about 10
minutes).
Frosts: 2 - 9" layers or 1 -13x9" oblong
