Basic Uncooked Icing 2 1/4 c confectioners' sugar, sifted 1 T butter, softened 3 to 4 T liquid (water, milk, coffee, lemon juice, or orange juice 1 T grated citrus rind (optional)
Place sugar, butter, and 3 T. liquid in mixing bowl; beat until very smooth. The icing should be thin enough to pour, but not so liquid that it runs off the cake. If it is too thick, add more liquid; too thin, beat in more confectioners' sugar.
Makes enough for: tops and sides of 8-9" cake, or 18 cupcakes

i was sitting at home board and decided i wanted to make frosting, and it's really good and easy to make it only took me about 3 minutes once i found the ingredients:)
