Triple 6 Icing
6 tablespoons hot strong coffee
6 tablespoons butter or margarine
6 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 lb sifted powdered sugar
Blend coffee, butter and cocoa. Cool. Add vanilla. Add sifted
powdered sugar gradually. Add a little milk if too thick. Spread
on cake.
Note: This makes a large batch.
