Lime Jello Frosting
1 egg white
2/3 cup sugar
1 package (3-oz) Jell-O
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup boiling water
Combine egg white, sugar, Jell-O and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Mix
well. Add boiling water and beat with an egg beater or mixer until
stiff peaks form, about 15 minutes. Makes about 4 1/2 cups of
frosting. Any flavor of Jell-O may be used depending on the color
and flavor desired.
