MOCK CREAM
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sugar
Mix cornstarch with milk to a smooth paste. Put into a saucepan
and boil 3 or 4 minutes. Mix butter and sugar to a cream. Add slowly
the cold cooked cornstarch. Beat well and add a few drops of any
essence.
