Peanut Butter-Coconut Broiled Frosting
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
1 pkg or can (3 1/4 oz.) flaked coconut
1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/3 cup light cream
Melt butter in saucepan; remove from heat. Stir in remaining
ingredients. Spread topping over hot cake. Broil 4-6 inches from
heat; 1 minute or until frosting bubbles. Cool.
