Apple Cake
4 cups diced apples
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 cup chopped nuts
2 beaten eggs
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons soda
Put apples in large bowl, add sugar and mix. Add oil, nuts, eggs
and vanilla. Mix well. Sift flour, soda, cinnamon and salt together
and add to apple mixture. Mix well. Put in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
