Raw Apple Cake
4 cups apple, diced raw
2 cups sugar
2 cups nuts, chopped
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp cream
1 tsp corn syrup
dash salt
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake
at 350F for 50-60 minutes.
Bring butter, sugar, cream and corn syrup to a boil. Cool and
spread over cake.
