Applesauce Cake
Serving Size : 16
1/2 cup margarine or butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
2 cups flour, all-purpose
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup applesauce, unsweetened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cream together margarines and sugar, add egg and beat well. Mix
in flour and baking soda, salt, cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon. Add
applesauce and vanilla; mix well. Pour into baking pan coated with
cooking spray and bake 1 hour in a 350F oven.
