Banana Cake
1/2 cup shortening
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
3 bananas-very ripe
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2/3 tsp. baking soda
1/4 cup milk
Cream shortening, and sugar. Add eggs. Add dry ingredients and mix
well. Add mashed bananas and milk. Beat well. Bake in a 9x13 pan
for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
FROSTING
8 ounce pkg. cream cheese-softened
2 cups brown sugar
Beat until smooth. Frost cake while still warm.
