Banana 20

Banana Cake
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 egg
1 egg yolk
3/4 cup sour milk
1 cup mashed bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla
Cream butter and sugar, add egg and banana. Add flour and dry
ingredients alternately with milk and vanilla. Pour into 2 greased
8 inch layer pans. Bake 25 minutes or until pick comes clean at
375. Can use 9x13 pan but time will be different.
Frost with cream cheese frosting.
