BETTER THAN SEX CAKE
1 stick melted butter
1 cup flour
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup Cool Whip or whipped cream
3 1/2 oz box instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cups milk
3 1/2 oz box instant vanilla pudding mix
Mix butter, flour and nuts and pat into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at
350 for 20 minutes and cool. Beat together the cream cheese,
powdered sugar and Cool Whip and spread over first layer. Beat
remaining ingredients and spread over second layer. Spread top
with Cool Whip or whipped cream. Just before serving, decorate
with additional chopped nuts and shaved chocolate.
