EASY CARROT CAKE
1 yellow cake mix
1 1/4 cup salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
4 eggs
1/4 cup cold water
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 cups finely-chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, optional
Combine all ingredients and put in 9x13-inch greased baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
