Cassava Cake
1 package grated cassava (about 8 or 10oz) 1 package grated young coconut (same amount as above) 1 stick butter, melted 1 egg, beaten 1 can evaporated milk 1 can sweetened condensed milk
Mix together the cassava and coconut, add melted butter then slowly mix in egg and milks. Spread in a 9x11" greased pan to no more than one-inch" thickness. Bake in 350 to 400 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until top is light brown. Cool before cutting.
