Pink Champagne Cake

1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix
3/4 cup champagne
red food coloring

Mix the cake mix according to directions, substituting 3/4 cup of
the water called for, with champagne. Color with a drop or two of
red food coloring, so it's a very light pink in color. Bake as
directed.

Frost with regular butter cream frosting, tinting it the same hue
as the cake. You can use champagne for the liquid in your frosting
recipe instead of milk.
