Cherry Sour Cream Crumb Cake
Serves 6.
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp soda
1 egg
21 oz can cherry pie filling
3/4 tsp baking powder
Mix all ingredients together except pie filling, Pour half the
mixture into a gr eased 8" x 8" pan. Cover with pie filling, then
the rest of batter. Top with crumbs and bake at 350 for 40 to 45
minutes. Better if it sets 3-4 hours.
CRUMBS
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup shopped nuts
1/4 cup sugar
Mix all ingredients together until crumbly.
