Fresh Coconut Cake
1 Duncan Hines butter cake mix
2 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. fresh frozen coconut
2 c. sugar
1 Cool Whip
Bake cake by recipe box. Let cool, slice each layer in half. Mix
sour cream, coconut and sugar. Put between each layer, saving 1
cup of mixture to mix with Cool Whip for top and sides.
