BUTTER "CRUMSHUS" COFFECAKE
1/2 c. softened butter
1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tsps. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c flour
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c butter
Generously grease bottom of 13x9 pan. Cream butter and cheese;
add remaining ingredients. Pour into pan.
Combine until crumbly flour, brown sugar and butter.
Sprinkle on top of batter and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30-35
minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
