Sour Cream Coffee Cake

3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
8 oz container sour cream
21 oz can cherry pie filling

Grease a 9 x 13 (at least) loaf cake pan. Mix the batter, creaming
the butter and sugar and adding the eggs, one at a time. Add the
almond flavor, and then the sifted baking soda and flour. Mix in
the sour cream.

Pour batter into the pan. Spread the pie filling over the batter.
Sprinkle streusel topping over the filling, and bake at 375 for
25-35 minutes (may take longer).

Streusel topping: Combine 1/2 C. flour, 1/4 C. sugar, 1/2 tsp.
cinnamon and cut in 1/4 C. butter until crumbly.
